The hire costs are recovered from the insurer of the other party involved. There will be no requirements for you to make payments in advance.
Once a replacement vehicle has been authorised, you may qualify for our credit repair service. Whether insured comprehensively or third party, the service will benefit you. If insured third party, the credit repair service will eliminate the inconvenience of obtaining estimates and will provide the funding for your repair whilst your claim proceeds. What if my vehicle is still driveable?
In order for us to try and book a replacement vehicle, we will need you to find out the date your vehicle is being repaired.
What if my vehicle is undriveable or uneconomical to repair?
If your vehicle is undriveable or uneconomical to repair, ring us immediately so that we can provide you with a replacement vehicle.
What type of replacement vehicle will I get?
We aim to give you a replacement vehicle appropriate to your needs, so that you are not inconvenienced in any way.
How long can I keep the replacement vehicle?
If your vehicle is repairable, you can keep the replacement vehicle until yours has been repaired. If your vehicle is uneconomical to repair you may remain in our vehicle for up to 6 days after you receive the settlement cheque, providing there are no unneccessary delays.
What if my passengers or I were injured?
If you or your passengers suffered an injury as a result of the accident, you are legally entitled to claim compensation. This may involve a
whiplash injury which is a common in car crash accidents.
